The Peak Collective complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of Mind

Due to the intimate nature of many products we sell, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once products have been opened, used or removed from their original packaging.

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A faulty product

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect product

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos where applicable

We will review your claim and provide instructions regarding replacement, refund or return.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund where a product has a major failure or does not meet consumer guarantees.

Return Approval

Please contact us before returning any products.

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
